멤버 가입후 2번의 와인 패키지를 수령하였고 결론부터 말하자면 사기에 가깝다. 절대 이용하지 말라!!! 첫번째 Introductory Offer 는 말그대로 $44.59에 6병의 와인은 제대로 잘 받았다.

두번째 패키지는 1일배송이 되었고 약 3일후 수령했다. 하지만 와인클럽에서 말하던 $59.99 + Shipping 이 아닌 약 ($10-$15) 하는 와인 6병에 $156.99 의 인보이스를 받았다.  웹사이트에 로그인해 확인을 해보아도 Itemized Billing 은 볼수가 없다. 또한, 눈을 씻고 보아도 웹사이트에서는 전화번호를 찾아보기 어렵다. 

암튼 이메일 연락후 받은 답변은 다음과 같다.

The 6 bottles are $96.00 Shipping is $25.00 and then you have any state applicable taxes for Illinois, which is a 20% surcharge and a 6.3% sales tax and a $2.50 residential charge bringing your total to the $156.99.

받은 와인을 돌려 보내려 연락을 해 보니 다음과 같은 답변이 왔다. 
Unfortunately the time frame UPS has for returning shipments to sender has passed. You can ship back the wine at your own expense and once we receive them back in our warehouse we can issue a refund less 15% restocking fee. We have the restocking fee because we do not know what condition the wines will be to resell them. 
You can contact us with the tracking information and we can issue the credit then, instead of waiting for them to reach the warehouse and that process can take longer.
