Fantastic choice for a light mobile user!
I have generally light, but somewhat inconsistent monthly phone and text usage, so this (annual instead of monthly) plan seemed perfect for me. Piece of cake to install. No issues getting it working on my BYOP. Consistently great signal for me. Took a couple of days for my number to switch over. (I initiated it over the weekend. Maybe that's why.) Card would not load independently. I had to go through 6 representatives over a 4 day process to get it to load and then text and min. loaded no data
My year plan would not load. I had to contact a representative. The minutes and texts loaded but data would not load. It would be a great help if there was a representative in the U. S. or at least those who have a working knowledge of English. They appear to have a script of answers to possible questions, but if your question is not on the cue card the typical response is "Thank you for calling tracfone." One operator told me I needed to purchase a SIM card=I was already a tracfone customer! It took 6 representatives and 4 days to get my plan straightened out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I was able to find a sim card that was capable with my phone. Had no trouble transferring my number and all my old information from my old phone. Be careful about a new generation of scammers called SIM kids though. They get info from your sim card using various ways if scanning your card on your device, and have access to all your information that way. Great SIM kit for switching to Tracfone
I purchased this SIM card kit to be able to keep my Android phone and switch to Tracfone. When I opened it up it folds out a clever way. It presents the three SIM cards as different carriers including AT&T, T Mobile, and Verizon. The packaging has numbered steps showing you how to activate your SIM card. It's as simple as it gets. Pop it in your phone, go to Tracfone.com, and activate. However, there are a few weird things with this product. I tried to activate my phone with the AT&T SIM since my phone is GSM. But, my phone said, "Invalid SIM". So I swapped it with the T Mobile SIM card and It recognized it. So I activated it and it worked perfectly! And finally you need to have a smartphone "plan" to be able to activate the SIM card. I did purchase one with it so I was able to activate perfectly with a plan. So I would definitely recommend this SIM kit for anyone looking to switch to Tracfone easily and while keeping the same phone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Multiple LONG calls to fix the problems with the SIM card I received
It has taken me over 4 hours on the phone to get the minutes in this SIM card applied to my account. I don't know what was wrong with the SIM card, but it took multiple calls with different levels of support to fix the problems. It was a big waste of my time and has turned me off of these Tracfone Ebay SIMs. Looking for other carrier options, because without these Ebay SIM cards, Tracfone isn't competitive.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great deal for Tracfone service
This a great deal for Tracfone service! It's similar to the Tracfone 400-minute pre-paid card using the triple-minutes benefit (if your phone still has it), which gives you 1200 minutes, 1200 texts and 1200 MB of data, but with this SIM kit you actually get more than twice the data than you would get with that card, and all at half the cost. It's definitely worth buying if you plan to use Tracfone with your new phone. I already had Tracfone and was able to carry over the minutes, texts and data I had with my old phone onto my new phone and then add this SIM kit to it. This service may not be for everyone, but for me it is perfect. If you are a heavy data user and don't use wifi and/or are a heavy phone user this service may not be the best choice. My phone usage is very light and my data usage is mostly via wifi. Even if your phone usage is high you could keep that cost down by using a VoIP service. Plan did not load
Don’t waste your time if you are already a Tracfone user and are looking to extend your air time / top up data, mins, texts etc. Contrary to the ad this SIM Card with preloaded 1 year plan, 3GB, 1200 mins & 1200 texts is just a SIM card activation kit. If you are prepared to spend hours with Cust Svc and are lucky enough to find the person the plan Allegedly can be loaded but ONLY for new Tracfone customers. Some sim card troubles
I purchased this product when I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S9+. The sim card would not fit into the sim tray. It was a little too big. I had to cut away some of the plastic on the sim card to make it fit, but after I did all of that, my S9+ didn't recognize the sim card. It keeps giving me notifications of no sim inserted. I also inserted a MicroSD card and the S9+ recognizes the MicroSD card. I tried flipping the sim card over onto the other side and the S9+ recognizes it.
